Omelet rice is made covering vegetable rice with omelet and ketchup. The dish has less oil and it is easy to make. It is also a good choice when there is left-over vegetables and rice.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • Onion shreds
  • Carrot shreds
  • Corn shreds
  • Onion shreds
  • Beans
  • Sausage shreds
  • Shrimp shreds
  • Yellow wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Ketchup


  1. Pickle the shrimp shreds with yellow wine, salt, pepper powder.
  2. Break the eggs. Add some salt and stir.
  3. Boil the beans, carrots and corn shreds in hot water.
  4. Cook the pickled shrimp shreds. Take out.
  5. Cook the onion shreds and sausage shreds. Add carrots, beans and corn.
  6. Add rice and cook to combine the ingredients. Add ketchup and cook to combine. Take out the rice.
  7. Add some oil in the pan. Pour the egg in the pan to make the omelet.
  8. Put the rice on the omelet. Roll the omelet. Pour some ketchup on the surface.
