Steak Exchange is a Western restaurant in the InterContinental Beijing Financial Street Hotel, a five-star hotel. Its spacious dining area has comfortable sofas and chairs are a relaxing ambiance.

The restaurant has been open for five years, and it is well regarded for its ingredients, taste and service. Some of its strongest praise comes from self-described gourmands.

Huge steaks are the favorite dish, and a single steak can easily be shared by two. The beef is extremely clean and free of watery blood, even when it is cooked medium-rare. The delicious meat is served with and amazing mushroom paste.

Australian lobster is available, and the crustaceans require little more than salt and pepper for seasoning. Pan-fried codfish fillet with Chinese took also tastes nice. Drizzle on the special sauce of lemon wine and lemon butter to make it fresher and more appetizing.

It’s most popular dessert here has a beautiful name: night-luminescent pearl. It’s actually a big ball of white chocolate topped with whisky and ignited by the water. The flame makes the white chocolate ball blossom like a lotus as it transforms into banana chocolate tart. The mixed flavor of chocolate, banana and whisky is really amazing!
